Contract Management Specialist – Land Lease Agreements

About the role

Q ENERGY is looking for a proactive Contract Management Specialist to oversee land lease agreements for renewable energy projects in Portugal. You will act as the main point of contact for landowners, ensure contractual compliance, and collaborate closely with legal, development, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all land lease and surface rights agreements for solar, onshore wind, offshore wind, and storage projects.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with landowners and key stakeholders.
• Monitor contractual obligations, track lease payments, rent updates, and other financial commitments.
• Prepare and dispatch contractual communications such as notices and correspondence.
• Coordinate contract reviews, amendments, and related matters with the Legal Department.
• Maintain accurate records and provide support to internal teams on land agreement matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing land lease contracts.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
