Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Content Marketing Manager. The role develops and executes a content strategy that positions the company as a thought leader, creating blog posts, whitepapers, case studies and email campaigns to educate and attract users. It is a fully onsite position at the Lisbon office, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Write, edit and manage blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks and email campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimisation to improve content visibility and rankings.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and product teams on content assets.
• Manage the content calendar and analyse performance metrics to optimise engagement, leads and conversions.
• Develop brand messaging and storytelling, and research trends and competitor content.
• Work with guest bloggers, influencers and external writers to expand reach.

Required profile

• Around 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting or editorial roles.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong sense of storytelling and brand voice.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio of published work such as blog posts, whitepapers or case studies.

Required skills

• SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Moz.
• Digital marketing, inbound marketing and content distribution.
• Managing content calendars, editorial workflows and CMS such as WordPress.
• Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot) are a plus.
