Content Hub Adoption & Communications Steward Specialist

About the role

As a Content Hub Adoption & Communications Steward Specialist you will champion the rollout and evolution of Nestlé's Content Hub 2.0 ecosystem. You will drive user adoption, manage internal communications and foster community engagement across markets, SBUs and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Content Hub 2.0 communications master plan and coordinate internal newsletters, meetings and other channels.
• Manage and moderate internal community platforms such as Viva Engage, ensuring timely responses and active discussions.
• Track engagement metrics, analyse user feedback and optimise communication strategies based on KPIs.
• Maintain the Content Hub Information Center and Academy, improving content discoverability and user journey.
• Deliver training sessions, onboarding presentations and act as the single point of contact for adoption‑related requests.
• Coordinate cross‑functional rollout plans and provide consolidated monthly reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
• Team‑player with a digital‑savvy, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Familiarity with Viva Engage or similar internal community tools.
• Ability to create and analyse KPI dashboards and reporting.
