Construction Site Manager (Porto)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Construction Site Manager to join our growing team in Porto. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on‑site construction teams.
• Develop, monitor and adjust works planning schedules.
• Control contractual deadlines and manage cost control.
• Validate and prepare works measurement reports.
• Ensure construction quality and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and technical hand‑over documents.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 2‑3 years of experience in project management or construction supervision.
• Strong planning, organisational and deadline‑orientation skills.
• High sense of responsibility, rigour and teamwork.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Comfortable working in a Windows environment.
