Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will join the Architecture, Construction and Maintenance Department to lead the opening and refurbishment of PARFOIS retail stores worldwide. This role ensures that all construction and technical aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee the construction and technical support for new store openings and refurbishment projects globally.
• Ensure compliance with defined deadlines, internal procedures, and legal formalities related to store openings.
• Supervise and lead multidisciplinary work teams, including internal staff and external partners.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to meet corporate expectations.
• Facilitate communication between architecture, construction, maintenance, and retail operations teams.

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience in construction project management, preferably within the retail sector.
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership, assertiveness, and communication abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
