Conseiller Clientèle Francophone – Car Rental Support (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join a leading European car‑rental brand in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with reservations, answering questions and ensuring a smooth rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and messaging in French and English.
• Provide detailed information about rental options, pricing and policies.
• Identify upselling opportunities and suggest additional services.
• Resolve conflicts and handle complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Native French speaker or C2‑level proficiency, with at least B2 English.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a contact‑centre or customer‑service environment (preferred).
• Strong sales orientation and ability to spot business opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
