Compliance Support Internship (Extracurricular)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated extracurricular intern to support our Compliance team in Lisbon. The role offers hands‑on experience with day‑to‑day compliance activities, risk identification and internal investigations, while working in a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing and monitoring daily compliance tasks in line with Bosch global standards.
• Help identify and assess potential compliance risks.
• Draft reports and compile documentation required by Decree‑Law No. 109‑E/2021.
• Support end‑to‑end compliance investigations, including data collection and evidence review.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Prepare and update compliance training materials.
• Assist business units in applying internal policies correctly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance or a related field.
• Academic or internship experience in legal, compliance or regulatory environments is a plus.
• Certifications such as CCEP or CFE are advantageous.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Portuguese preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote and SharePoint.
