Compliance Support Internship (Extracurricular)

About the role

Support the execution and monitoring of day‑to‑day compliance activities, ensuring alignment with Bosch global standards. Assist in identifying and assessing potential compliance risks while contributing to investigations and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution and monitoring of daily compliance activities.
• Assist in identifying and assessing potential compliance risks.
• Draft reports and compile documentation in line with Decree‑Law No. 109‑E/2021.
• Participate in end‑to‑end compliance investigations, including data collection and evidence review.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Help prepare and update compliance training materials.
• Assist business units with practical application of internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCEP or CFE are a plus.
• Academic or internship experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory environments.
• Relevant experience in similar roles is valued.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Portuguese preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good report writing and documentation abilities.
