Compliance Control & Risk Management Controller (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

Join BNP Paribas Cardif’s European Service Center in Lisbon as a Compliance Control and Risk Management Controller. You will support the implementation of compliance control plans across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring the business adheres to regulatory, ethical and data‑protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, execute and report on compliance controls in collaboration with local compliance officers.
• Conduct on‑site control activities and produce formal feedback reports.
• Share results with the CCRM team, compliance domains and regional officers, and record outcomes in the dedicated tool.
• Carry out independent compliance testing in the assigned countries.
• Contribute to the compliance control framework, including risk mapping and operational incident review.
• Maintain consistent service and quality levels across all activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in audit, internal control, compliance controls or risk management.
• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing regulatory and technological environment.
