Company Secretary – Corporate Governance

About the role

Revolut’s Legal team is looking for a Company Secretary to provide expert governance support across Europe. You will act as the operational engine of the governance framework, ensuring that supervisory and management bodies operate efficiently and in compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide autonomous governance support to the Supervisory Council, Management Board and their committees.
• Prepare agendas, draft minutes, track action items and manage board portals.
• Coordinate execution of corporate documents such as shareholder resolutions, KYC documents, powers of attorney and applications.
• Assist the Legal team to ensure compliance of local management and supervisory bodies with relevant legislation.
• Maintain statutory registers, file statutory documents and handle ad‑hoc submissions to company registers.
• Lead initiatives to improve governance, including board effectiveness reviews and skills assessments.
• Represent Revolut with third parties, notaries, public institutions and shareholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate governance, board administration or a similar legal secretarial role.
• Strong understanding of local corporate legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple statutory filings and corporate documents.
