Community Manager – Build & Engage Global Users

About the role

As a Community Manager at Air Apps you will shape and nurture a vibrant global user community around our AI‑powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner. You will create a welcoming environment, drive engagement across multiple channels, and help users connect with the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and sustain active user communities.
• Moderate forums, social media groups and discussion platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups and Slack.
• Respond to user inquiries, facilitate conversations and promote positive interactions.
• Organise and promote community events, webinars and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitor, analyse and report on community engagement metrics to refine tactics.
• Identify and activate brand advocates, ambassadors and super‑users.
• Maintain community guidelines and ensure a safe, inclusive space.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in community management, social media or customer engagement.
• Proven track record managing online communities on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups or Slack.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire users.
• Experience using community‑building tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations, mediate conflicts and enforce guidelines.
• Passion for building relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in fast‑paced digital environments.
