Community & Business Development Manager – Restaurant (Lisbon)

About the role
The Restaurant Community & Business Development Manager will drive partnership initiatives and expand the company’s presence within the hospitality market in Lisbon. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and sustaining existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with growth objectives.
- Develop and nurture new relationships with potential business partners.
- Maintain and grow existing business relationships to ensure continued revenue.
- Plan and execute strategies critically to guarantee project success.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of business development experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful development strategies.
- Goal‑oriented and focused mindset.
