Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) in Portugal is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to lead pricing, modelling and financial analysis for complex bids and site mobilisations. You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Operational and Business Development teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Model and analyse client pricing, perform sensitivity analysis and present alternative commercial options.
• Develop assumptions, risk analysis and glide‑paths for mid‑range and complex bids.
• Challenge country and regional finance teams to meet bid timetables and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Support negotiation phases by analysing scenarios, investment approvals and revising bids.
• Handle data for site mobilisation, due‑diligence and transition pricing.
• Continuously improve financial models and share best practices across teams.
• Prepare and deliver financial and commercial presentations to senior leadership.
• Draft and negotiate data‑protection clauses in client and supplier contracts.

Required profile

• Experience in bid management and commercial finance is desirable.
• Ability to manage own workload and coordinate the work of others on bids.
• Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills for complex concepts.
• Active participation in pricing and bid teams with good stakeholder relationships.
