Collection Representative – Full‑time Office Position

About the role

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking motivated, people‑oriented individuals to join its Guaynabo office as Collection Representatives. In this full‑time position you will engage directly with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contact consumers by telephone and approve written correspondence to negotiate payment solutions.
• Maintain thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates in the computer system for every interaction.
• Research and locate consumer contact information when needed.
• Advise delinquent consumers on options to secure funds and meet payment obligations.
• Stay current with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Provide feedback to management on potential issues and suggest process improvements.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
