Cocoa Analyst

About the role

The Cocoa Analyst will support Nestlé Business Solutions in collecting, validating and analysing sustainability and traceability data for cocoa supply chains. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with internal ESG teams, external auditors and suppliers across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual traceability data collection process, defining timelines, validating supplier lists and training suppliers on templates.
• Coordinate with third‑party audit firms and the global ESG team to ensure data quality and KPI alignment.
• Run quarterly reconciliations between spend data and multi‑trace records, identify gaps and follow up with markets.
• Report monthly on ESG data gaps, issues, resolution rates and escalation needs.
• Develop and maintain regional RA champion structures and internal SharePoint sites for guidance and best practices.
• Coordinate annual origin risk mapping, scorecard submissions and integration of tools such as Cool Farm Tool.
• Support the definition and deployment of data infrastructure and CLMRS data collection processes.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in economics, business, information systems or related fields.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in project management, preferably within commodity or sustainability contexts.
• Strong background in data management and processing.
• Deep understanding of sustainability KPIs and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
