Coach for AI & Technology Awareness

About the role

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Coach for AI & Technology Awareness to drive digital transformation within a client organization. The role focuses on empowering employees at all levels to understand, adopt, and effectively use artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized coaching programs, workshops, and one‑on‑one sessions on AI fundamentals, technology trends, and digital literacy.
• Assess organizational technology awareness gaps and create targeted learning strategies with engaging materials, case studies, and practical resources.
• Facilitate change‑management initiatives and collaborate with department leaders to embed technology awareness into development programs.
• Monitor coaching effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, continuously refining content and delivery.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to foster trust, encourage participation, and nurture a technology‑forward culture.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles, preferably within technology or organizational development contexts.
• Strong foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and current technology trends.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
