Cloud Operations Engineer

About the role
Unit4 is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to join its Cloud Ops team. You will help customers resolve business‑process issues, build reliable cloud solutions and continuously improve the stability of our SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve root‑cause incidents across Windows, Azure and application layers.
- Design, implement and maintain automation scripts and monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment pipelines and service reliability.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies such as Azure and DevOps practices.
- Resourceful and able to research solutions quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

- Windows OS administration
- Active Directory
- SQL Server
- PowerShell scripting
- SMTP, IIS, FTP
- JSON or other scripting languages
- Microsoft Azure platform
- Network infrastructure basics
- Monitoring and automation tools
