Clinics Performance Advisor

About the role

The Clinics Performance Advisor will act as the field engine for Triple‑S’s clinic network transformation. Working directly on clinic floors and alongside clinical teams, you will ensure that leadership‑driven strategies become daily behaviors across multi‑specialty and urgent‑care sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own implementation of all transformation initiatives at each clinic, conducting site visits to assess progress, identify barriers, and provide hands‑on support.
• Design, train, launch, and continuously improve the daily huddle program, creating facilitator guides, KPI scorecards, and compliance tracking tools.
• Observe huddles (in‑person and virtual), deliver written feedback to supervisors, and publish weekly compliance reports.
• Escalate non‑compliance according to protocol, documenting issues and recommending resolutions.
• Coach clinic leaders bi‑weekly, reviewing performance, removing obstacles, and reinforcing transformation priorities.
• Develop short‑format training modules on clinical operations, service standards, KPI interpretation, and transformation goals.

Required profile

• Experience working in clinic or healthcare operations environments.
• Proven ability to travel to multiple sites and engage with frontline staff.
• Strong analytical mindset for monitoring KPIs and driving performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to influence supervisors and leaders.
