Clinical Research Associate 2 - Portugal

About the role

iQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, is looking for a Clinical Research Associate based in Portugal. The role covers the full cycle of clinical trial site work, from selection through to close-out, and requires strong Portuguese and English.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices against Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion and data query resolutions
• Work with experts at study sites and with client representatives

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific discipline or health care
• 2-4 years of independent on-site monitoring experience
• Excellent command of Portuguese and English
• Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
• Flexibility to travel and a class B driver's licence

Required skills

• Very good computer skills, including MS Office
