Clinical Application Specialist Internship

About the role

You will provide clinical customer support for Philips' Hospital Patient Monitoring business, helping build trust and loyalty with healthcare professionals. The role involves supporting clinical decision‑making, delivering product demonstrations, and assisting sales staff with application assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical decision support, sales presentations and product demonstrations for patient monitoring solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and training to customers to optimise product usage.
• Assist sales teams in assessing application needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
• Support new product launches, customer trainings, seminars, workshops and on‑site visits.
• Collaborate with the Iberia application team and report to the Clinical Application Specialist Lead in Spain.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc or MSc) in Biomedical Engineering or Nursing, eager to learn and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and good understanding of Spanish.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Portugal (driving licence required).

What we offer

• Internship allowance of €1,330 gross per month.
• Paid over 12 months.
