Clinic Manager

About the role

Impress, the leading European orthodontic chain, is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee all operations and sales of a clinic. You will work closely with the Lead Orthodontist to build a patient‑focused culture, ensure high‑quality clinical care, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, workload allocation, and facility management.
• Own the clinic’s P&L, monitor revenue and expenses, forecast budgets, review invoices and approve expenditures.
• Drive sales performance, targeting a 60% conversion rate while maintaining best‑in‑class patient care.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and evaluate a cross‑functional team to maximize individual potential.
• Implement and continuously improve clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient complaint resolution processes.
• Utilize data and analytics to recommend and implement process and system enhancements.
• Step into non‑orthodontist roles as needed, such as conducting patient visits or covering front‑desk duties.
