Client Development Data Analyst (Hybrid, Lisbon/Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Development Data Analyst to join our global team and help identify growth opportunities, improve client intelligence, and automate reporting. The role is hybrid and based in either Lisbon or Porto, supporting regional and worldwide business units.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse internal and external data to uncover business growth opportunities.
• Support delivery and monitoring of KPIs aligned with client strategy and road‑maps.
• Produce value‑added reports and documentation for regional and global client reviews.
• Leverage data to generate insights on business performance and promote automation of deliverables.
• Supervise data quality across multiple streams and dashboards.
• Assist team specialists in London, New York and Hong Kong with data‑driven sales process improvements.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Data‑visualisation tools: Tableau, Power BI.
• Python (especially Pandas library).
• SQL and ETL processes.
• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing.
