Clearance Broker (Bilingual English/French)

About the role

As a Clearance Broker you will act as the liaison between our customers and customs authorities, ensuring shipments clear customs quickly and compliantly. You will use your bilingual skills to communicate with clients and customs officials, handling documentation and resolving issues to keep deliveries on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customs entry documentation based on shipment paperwork.
• Verify that all customs documents are completed accurately.
• Contact clients by email and phone to obtain missing or unclear information required for clearance.
• Enter shipment information correctly into internal systems.
• Produce and validate customs data and paperwork to meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Maintain accuracy while working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2‑C1) and French (B2‑C1).
• Team player with a can‑do attitude.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capable of making independent decisions based on expertise.
• Willingness to develop in a multinational, multicultural environment.
