Chat Operator – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Chat Operator to join a global, fully remote team. You will monitor and improve AI‑assisted conversations on large‑scale online platforms, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Observe chat streams for extended shifts (8+ hours) and maintain appropriate interaction flow.
• Intervene when necessary to clarify tone, improve response quality, or correct inaccuracies.
• Track, evaluate, and analyse communication patterns between users and AI agents.
• Assess AI‑generated replies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Report technical or content‑related issues to support continuous system enhancement.
• Coordinate supplemental content (images, videos) required for user interactions.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined work approach and strong analytical mindset.
• Understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented attitude and fast learning capability.
• Strong written Russian skills and good command of English.
