French-Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our international service projects based in Braga, Portugal. The role involves assisting customers in French through various channels while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support in French via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, bookings, accounts, payments and general requests.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring accurate information is given.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• French language proficiency at C1/C2 level (excellent written and spoken).
• English at minimum B2 level.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and professional approach.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
