CFD Simulation Engineer

About the role

Join Bosch’s Aveiro R&D centre to help shape the future of sustainable heating solutions. You will use advanced CFD tools to analyse aerodynamics, aeroacoustics and heat‑transfer phenomena in innovative heat‑pump systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CFD‑based design studies for heat‑pump components, balancing performance, cost and other requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and execute validation tests to verify CFD models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including component experts and design engineers.

Required profile

• University degree in mechanical engineering, energy technology or a related field.
• Several years of hands‑on experience with CFD methods and ANSYS software in aerodynamics, aeroacoustics and heat transfer.
• Strong analytical and validation skills for CFD models.
• Very good English communication skills.
