About the role

Provider Network Solutions is seeking a Certified Coder to design, develop, and implement coding initiatives for physicians, clinical staff, and administrators. The role focuses on aligning coding practices with regulatory standards, CMS guidelines, and organizational operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch educational programs on medical coding, clinical documentation, compliance, billing, and risk‑adjustment models.
• Educate providers on HCC, CDPS‑Rx, Medicare Advantage, and risk‑adjustment impacts to improve coding accuracy and documentation quality.
• Coordinate group trainings and personalized interventions to close performance gaps and enhance quality metrics.
• Support providers during audit processes, review findings, and deliver feedback for continuous improvement.
• Measure the effectiveness of educational initiatives using performance metrics and feedback, and create visibility tools for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration or a health‑related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Coding Certification (CPC) from AAPC and/or AHIMA, or Risk Coding Certification (CRC) completed or in progress.
• Minimum two years of experience in medical coding.
