Central Digital Operations Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Central Digital Operations Manager who is fluent in French and English to support The Coca‑Cola Company’s digital transformation across Europe. The role is contract‑based (6‑12 months) and can be based in Belgrade, Athens or Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Own project‑based localisation and operationalisation of digital consumer experiences across multiple European markets.
• Operate and manage TCCC digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, etc.) including content localisation and platform administration.
• Coordinate digital activations, ensure GDPR and other legal compliance, and act as the GDPR champion for the assigned market.
• Conduct UAT testing of new platforms and features, report bugs, and feed improvements into the backlog.
• Provide strategic local consultancy to the European centre, ensuring market needs are met and competitive.
• Manage day‑to‑day platform content, CRM, and transactional activations.
• Prepare analytics and reporting dashboards for digital assets and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Frontline Marketing, Central Marketing, Bottler, IT, Legal, and agency partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital operations, e‑commerce or digital platform management.
• Strong passion for digital experiences and data‑driven thinking.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work across multiple markets and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
