About the role
The store Amigo Los Paseos is looking for a full‑time butcher to join its retail team. You will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the possibility of weekend and holiday shifts. The position requires a strong focus on customer service and high‑quality meat preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and portion various types of meat according to store standards.
- Operate and maintain meat‑cutting saws and other equipment safely.
- Assist customers, answer product‑related questions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cutting area and workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and report any quality issues.
Required profile
- Orientation toward excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in meat cutting and handling of cutting saws.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Successful completion of a practical meat‑cutting test.
