Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
• Conduct safety briefings and demonstrate emergency equipment.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, addressing passenger needs promptly.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and adhere to airline regulations.
• Work collaboratively with pilots and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Legal entitlement to work unrestricted across the EU.
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm.
• Ability to swim 25 metres unaided.
• Enthusiastic, flexible and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable speaking and writing English.
• Previous customer‑facing experience (e.g., bar, restaurant, retail).
• Willingness to work a shift roster and enjoy meeting the public.
