Business Travel Consultant (Spanish) – Remote

About the role

Navan is looking for a bilingual Business Travel Consultant to join its Travel Experience team remotely. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, helping them book flights, hotels, cars, and rail journeys while ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier travel support via chat, phone, and email.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and internal systems.
• Assess customer needs quickly, prioritize urgency, and manage bookings for air, rail, hotel, and car.
• Guide customers through self‑service options on the Navan platform and app.
• Meet service‑level agreements and adhere to global compliance policies.
• Deliver feedback to product, design, and engineering teams.
• Participate in team meetings covering products, suppliers, and industry updates.
• Complete assigned training, maintain attendance, and achieve performance metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Travel Consultant handling air, rail, and hotel bookings.
• 3+ years experience with a Global Distribution System (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Background in contact‑center or customer‑facing roles.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, Monday‑Sunday, between 7 AM and 11 PM.
• Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and independent troubleshooting abilities.
• Empathetic, professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
