Business Travel Consultant – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

Join Navan’s Travel Experience team as a Business Travel Consultant, providing end‑to‑end support for travelers worldwide. Working remotely from Portugal, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them book flights, hotels, cars and rail journeys while ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier travel support via chat, phone and email, meeting SLA expectations.
• Handle hotel, flight, car and rail bookings accurately using GDS platforms.
• Guide customers through self‑service options on the Navan platform and mobile app.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of suppliers, destinations and internal systems.
• Provide feedback to product, design and engineering teams to improve the platform.
• Participate in team meetings covering products, suppliers and industry updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Travel Consultant covering air, rail and hotel bookings.
• 3+ years experience with a Global Distribution System (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a contact‑center or customer‑facing environment.
• Flexible availability for rotating shifts, Monday‑Sunday, 7 AM‑11 PM.
