Business Insights Analyst

About the role

Reachdesk is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to join its Business Systems & Operations team. This fully remote position focuses on connecting data across sales, customer success, marketing, finance, and operations, using AI to accelerate insight generation and help leaders make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decision‑making needs.
• Extract and combine data from commercial, financial, and operational systems to produce unified business insights.
• Leverage AI and large language models to compress analysis time and maintain consistent metric definitions across functions.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives that resonate with CROs, CFOs, and Operations heads.
• Create lightweight, repeatable insight outputs and summaries for ongoing self‑service use.
• Experiment with AI‑assisted workflows, prompt patterns, and automations, sharing successful approaches with the team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with exposure to multiple business functions.
• Fluency in at least two areas: commercial (revenue, GTM), financial (P&L, FP&A), or operational (throughput, cycle time).
• AI‑native working style, regularly using large language models to augment analysis.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling ability, adaptable to diverse executive audiences.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and reporting tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
