Business Development Manager – Wealth & Trading

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead specialised wealth and trading projects. You will help shape the next generation of financial products by identifying strategic opportunities and turning them into actionable initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in product creation, from ideation to launch, within wealth, trading and private banking.
• Build business cases and financial models to quantify commercial impact.
• Present proposals to senior stakeholders and prioritise deals based on potential value.
• Negotiate and close industry‑defining agreements on behalf of Revolut.
• Partner with wealth and trading leaders to develop and launch new features.
• Establish and manage high‑impact relationships with key industry players.
• Act as the primary point of contact for these partners, both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to ensure flawless implementation and post‑launch optimisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a top‑tier consulting firm, fast‑growing tech company, or fintech startup.
• Strong business acumen and proven business development track record.
• Background in management consulting and deal‑making.
• Solid financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Quick learner with a passion for impact and problem‑solving.
• Comfort working with data and breaking complex problems into manageable parts.
• Genuine interest in the financial industry and ability to thrive in an international, fast‑paced environment.
