Business Development Manager – Portugal

About the role

Synchrone, a leading consulting firm in Data, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation, is expanding into Portugal. As the first Business Development Manager for the country, you will act as the brand ambassador and lay the foundation for future growth, with a fast‑track path toward a Country Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Portuguese market across multiple sectors.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level decision makers.
• Collaborate with Data & AI experts to co‑create innovative solutions for client challenges.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in tech consulting (Data, AI, Digital).
• Hunter mindset with a passion for market expansion.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous and capable of structuring a new business unit.
• Native or fluent Portuguese and professional English proficiency.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Data, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation and Cloud concepts.
