Business Development Manager – Card Payments

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and scale financial partnerships for card payments and services. You will own the end‑to‑end process of identifying, closing and expanding high‑value partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑impact relationships with sophisticated financial institutions and payment card schemes, acting as the primary internal and external point of contact.
• Conduct in‑depth research and analysis of market trends, competition, customer behaviour and Revolut’s positioning to inform product roadmaps.
• Identify and scale new payment revenue streams, optimise pricing, costs and service offerings.
• Develop business cases and lead projects focused on growth and P&L optimisation.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, Finance and other teams to implement new product strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, banking or payment card schemes.
• Strong programme‑management skills with the ability to lead projects from start to finish.
• Analytical thinker who bases decisions on data and problem‑solving.
• Proactive drive to initiate change and make an impact.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of P&L and ability to analyse key drivers.
