Business Developer – MICE & Corporate

About the role

Bomporto is looking for a Business Developer focused on MICE and corporate segments. You will be responsible for turning leads into high‑value events and building lasting client relationships for our boutique hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new MICE and corporate revenue through proactive outreach and network leverage.
• Convert enquiries into tailored, high‑end event proposals.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from initial contact to on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Represent Bomporto at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
• Own and exceed sales targets while shaping bespoke experiences aligned with the brand.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in MICE, corporate sales or luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial mindset with an existing network of industry contacts.
• Confident, client‑focused and relationship‑driven.
• Hands‑on, organized and comfortable being present during events.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.

• Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €35,000.
