Business Analyst (Mid‑Senior, Hybrid)

About the role

KCS IT is looking for a Business Analyst to join its consulting team on hybrid projects for banking and financial services clients. The role involves translating business needs into clear specifications and supporting delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements for banking and financial services projects.
• Create user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels to ensure alignment.
• Support Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and review sessions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience on banking or financial services projects.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and related business processes.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
