Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, translating complex business needs into effective application software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex end‑user requirements and determine optimal solutions.
• Define specific business application software requirements.
• Develop project plans, identify and coordinate resources, including external teams.
• Collaborate with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing.
• Provide support to software users, addressing questions and issues.
• Offer guidance to team members and serve as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations preferred.
• For positions within the Government Business Division, ability to meet sensitive‑position requirements.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $30 to $32 (USD) per hour.
