Business Analyst – French Required (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a Business Analyst who is fluent in French and English to join its hybrid team in Porto. You will work on IT and digital transformation projects for international clients, translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Apply business analysis techniques such as BPMN and UML.
• Collaborate using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and follow the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain project artefacts in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation.
• Fluent spoken and written French and English.
• Experience with international or regulated‑sector projects (finance, insurance, healthcare).
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, IREB, Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
