Brand Visual Designer

About the role

The Brand Visual Designer will serve as the creative backbone of the BOB Marketing team, shaping and protecting the visual identity of a leading Bitcoin ecosystem project. This hands‑on, maker‑focused position involves owning the BOB brand daily, producing a high volume of polished assets, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to translate technical concepts into compelling visual communication.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the BOB brand, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints, from social posts to investor decks.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines covering typography, colour, iconography, illustration style and design.
• Review and approve creative output from partners, ecosystem projects and third‑party collaborators, conducting regular brand audits.
• Manage a centralised asset library and create a library of flexible, on‑brand templates for social media, paid advertising, email and event collateral.
• Produce high‑quality assets for product launches, partner announcements, technology updates and community campaigns, including print and digital materials for events.
• Lead creative concepting and execution of campaigns, designing infographics, data visualisations and explainer graphics that simplify complex blockchain concepts.

Required profile

• Strong foundational design skills with a proven ability to work independently and deliver at scale.
• Fluency in motion graphics and video production, with a willingness to experiment using AI‑powered creative tools.
• Self‑sufficient, creative range, and the capacity to collaborate across time zones (European overlap preferred).
