BPO Trainer – Onboarding & Development

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Trainer to shape the learning experience of our BPO teams from day one. You will be responsible for delivering engaging onboarding sessions, coaching employees, and driving continuous performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging onboarding and training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, and learning content.
• Identify development needs and support continuous learning initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide performance feedback.
• Coach employees to improve knowledge, soft skills, and performance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Team Leaders to align training with business goals.
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive and motivating learning environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Training, Coaching, Learning & Development, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Passion for people development and learning.
• Ability to engage and motivate different audiences.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Previous BPO/Contact Center experience is highly advantageous.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
