Bilingual Receptionist – Lisbon

About the role

Limehome is looking for a Portuguese‑ and English‑speaking Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests in Lisbon. You will combine on‑site front‑desk duties with digital support, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests on‑site while handling inquiries through the ticketing system for all markets.
• Collaborate closely with Guest Relations Managers to provide optimal solutions for any guest situation.
• Monitor guest feedback, identify pain points and propose creative improvements.
• Manage reservations, provide relevant information and add a personal touch to each interaction.
• Perform back‑office and online tasks, coordinating with Operations, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain the Property Management System (PMS) by updating room status, guest profiles and coordinating room readiness.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages such as Spanish, German or French are a plus).
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a hotel front‑desk or reception role.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS).
