Bilingual IT Support Engineer (French/English)

About the role

Fujitsu is looking for a bilingual IT Support Engineer to join its team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling routine and non‑routine incidents, problems, and service requests in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st‑line support for Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking and PC hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve known issues within defined service‑level targets.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level teams when necessary.
• Document all actions taken in the ticketing system following established processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to statistical reporting.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to ask relevant questions, understand basic customer problems and follow escalation procedures.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
• Commitment to personal development and a clear development plan.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite and related products.
• Operating system troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, LAN).
• PC hardware configuration and support.
