Bilingual DevOps Engineer (English/French)

About the role

Axians is looking for a bilingual DevOps Engineer who can work in both English and French on a national digital‑transformation project. You will help define technical solutions, integrate production and security requirements, and support development teams to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in defining technical solutions and promote existing products and services.
• Assemble production and infrastructure components, advising on technology adoption aligned with application needs.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, delivery timelines and scalability standards.
• Maintain the product backlog with infrastructure and production user stories, including industrialisation and obsolescence management.
• Support development teams, implement technical user stories, and up‑skill the team on production best practices.
• Provide production and infrastructure resources, monitor services, and manage technical environments (production and non‑production).
• Conduct security reviews, traceability checks, and propose corrective actions for operational blockers.
• Define service levels, implement monitoring, maintain up‑to‑date documentation, and ensure backup and recovery plans are tested.
• Offer support during incidents, contribute to continuous improvement, and escalate improvement proposals.

Required profile

• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
