Bilingual Customer Support Consultant (French/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join our fully remote team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling account, billing, service and technical enquiries while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and chat support to French‑speaking customers.
• Assist with account management, billing queries and service‑related issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve them efficiently.
• Guide customers on product features and platform usage.
• Escalate complex cases to specialised teams when necessary.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (minimum C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer support or contact‑centre environments is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable using digital tools.
• Positive, customer‑focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
