BI & DevOps Specialist

About the role

OM Digital Solutions is seeking a hands‑on BI & DevOps Specialist to improve the technologies that support the business. You will work on web development, cloud operations, automation, and DevOps practices to deliver modern applications, dashboards, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support web application development (frontend and backend).
• Develop and maintain scripts, automation workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Assist with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Support cloud operations on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (deployment, configuration, and operations).
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure service health and security.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Participate in incident management, including coordination, monitoring, escalation, and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, service desk, infrastructure, application support, and external partners to identify improvements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and its architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes concepts.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting/observability tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and YAML.
• Web development experience (frontend and backend) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, able to explain technical topics to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• ITIL knowledge and experience with integration/automation tools are a plus.
