Bell Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel team as a Bell Attendant, providing first‑class service to guests in a historic luxury resort. You will be the welcoming face that ensures a smooth and memorable arrival experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, acknowledge them according to brand standards, and escort them to their rooms.
• Handle luggage, trunks, and packages using carts or by hand, ensuring safe transport.
• Provide directions, travel information, and explain room features such as locks and entertainment systems.
• Assist guests with disabilities and coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, and valet services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of daily hotel operations, events, and procedures.
• Inspect rooms for proper stocking, orderliness, and comfort.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies, reporting any incidents.
• Uphold a clean, professional appearance and support team goals.

Required profile

• Hospitality‑oriented mindset with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 60 lb regularly and handle carts/equipment up to 250 lb.
• Physical stamina for bending, squatting, and working in hot/humid conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
