About the role

The Behavioral Health Associate provides direct patient care in a structured, team‑focused environment, ensuring safety and supporting recovery. This part‑time position offers consistent hours and opportunities for growth within a large behavioral health network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing supervision.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully.
• Recognize and respond to patient needs with safety as a top priority.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR, de‑escalation and restraint certification required (training provided upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
