About the role
The Behavioral Health Associate provides hands‑on patient care in a structured, team‑focused environment. You will help keep patients safe, support their recovery, and contribute to a compassionate healing atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under clinical or nursing supervision.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
- Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully.
- Recognize and respond to patient needs with safety as a top priority.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
- CPR, de‑escalation and restraint certification required (training provided upon hire).
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
Required skills

- First aid knowledge.
